Help with downloading and installing our software.
First of all, you should always practice safe downloading and ensure that files are downloaded from a "safe" source. When really in doubt, have a virus checking program on your computer. We guarantee that all files on the HSLAB web site are virus free.
Download:
When downloading an EXE program file, you have two options: you may either save the file to your hard drive, or have it open after the download completes. Either way, the end result is the same - you should run the EXE that is downloaded to your computer to install the software.
Install:
Once the file is downloaded, you will find an executable file "EXE" extension. (If you selected the Open option from the download prompt dialog, the installer will automatically start.) This is a installer for the software program that you downloaded. Double-click this file to start the installer. The installer will guide you through installing the software on your computer.
